Like I said in the comments, no need to point out anatomy problems. I see them all. Seriously. That's an impossible position. Why didn't I fix them? Because she's a boring, generic character.

Problems I can see are her off-balance position (she'll fall over backwards) and her HUGE legs. I can see why you draw people with skirts all the time...your leg proportions are your main proportional problem. Still, the clothing, shoes, and hair work out here. Needs a bit more pronounced shading.
